*They pay you a salary *Individual teams have good comradery *Sit-stand desks are the norm *Company seems to take diversity seriously, any hint of discrimination is immediately snuffed out and people are terminated if warranted.

Cons

*The salary is below market average, by a LOT *0 WFH opportunity *CEO micromanages and refuses to embrace progress *CEO is worried Amazon will deplatform Axos Bank like Amazon did to Parler which makes me wonder what the CEO is so worried about. *You'll be on-call and expected to drop everything you are doing to get on the phone for even the smallest of items *The turnover for first year employees is ~43%, be ready for never creating meaningful relationships outside your team *Rules are randomly enforced depending on if you're in the good old boys club or not *0 recognition of employees leaving, even if they've been around for 14+ years.

Great co workers and friendly staff hiring process was quick and easy

Cons

No extra pay for bi lingual speakers with more work due to not having many workers that speak different languages. Many workers refuse to speak other languages due to work load and no pay increase, very disorganized and no communication between departments makes doing ones job harder.
