Pros

Gives you a chance to enter the field that you want to try yourself in A lot of projects and deadlines that will build a thick skin and a good knowledge base for your future employments Good management and co-workers Travel around US or Mexico for work purposes/team builders with all the expenses covered is pretty amazing Decent benefits

Cons

Pretty low pay compared to the city's average Snacks and coffee in the breakroom XD
