Pros

Free lunch. Yoga and exercise program for free

Cons

Blatant favoritism occurs. As long as a few upper management likes you, you are good. If not you may as well look for a new job. Very unprofessional internal environment. Some people are given the world and others must fend for themselves. I would not recommend working there at all. It's a boiler room mentality in there w no internal support or training. Your not given any time to develop and are always worried about job security.

never have an assignment when or where you need one. they lie about the nurses compensation. housing stipend is a joke. no intergity

We never want to hear that you did not enjoy working with us or that we couldn't find you the assignment you wanted. To that end we are constantly working on creating new relationships with healthcare facilities so that our nurses have more options. We have thousands of open positions nationwide we strive to always find the perfect assignment for you. Amazing Coworkers and a Growing Industry – What More Could You Ask For?

Pros

Aya Healthcare cares about the well being of all employees, much more so than any other company I have ever worked for. They really focus on making sure everyone is satisfied with their responsibilities and happy at Aya. The environment here is fast paced, but we still manage to have a good time. The sense of camaraderie is amazing and there are so many perks! Most importantly working at Aya affords financial stability in a growing industry that has never been hotter.

Cons

Thursday boot camp is tough? Sometimes we run out of free avocados? Only kidding - I don’t know what I could possibly complain about.

We appreciate the positive feedback! While we can't guarantee that the instructors will take it easy on you at boot camp, we will make sure to keep focusing on employee well-being, and of course, make sure to keep the avocados stocked.
