My favorite thing about working at Aya is that as a company we always try to do right by people, both internally and externally. Integrity is woven into our cultural fabric. The business acumen of our leaders astounds me daily and our numbers have skyrocketed in recent years as a direct result. My coworkers are vibrant, energetic and hilarious.
