Fast growing, fast paced company

Pros

This company is quickly growing. The work environment is fast paced and you are always busy. Coworkers are amazing and helpful. The company offers nutrition counseling and insite group workouts.

Cons

The only negative is actually kind of a positive as well. The company is growing so fast that it can be a struggle for employees to keep up with demand. This is a good thing to be growing but they need to hire enough people to do the work.

Regarding the email traffic if you mean you would like less volume we are working on that by aggressively hiring, giving us more hands on deck and diminishing the workload for everyone. if there is something else going on with your email please let your supervisor know. Pros

The culture of the company is young and fresh, healthy and active. There is a lot of flexibility which I really like. The company is growing so quickly that there are tons of opportunities for growth and to advance quickly

Cons

The only dis-advantage is traffic leaving Sorrento Valley can be a little rough.
