Pros
Decent pay, PTO average- 15 days of PTO startoff and increases with time within the company. Christmas week off. base pay is 19 an hour (10% differential for second shift, 15% for third), each promotion from tech 1 to team coordinator is 2 dollars an hour. There are also annual merit raises. In just shy of 3 years, I will be up to 28 an hour (differential included) with this upcoming annual raise. With the work we do, I think that is really good and find it would be difficult to go elsewhere.
Easy to be promoted - promotions are time locked, but solely based on individual performance. If you work hard every day, you should have little to no issue moving up the ranks
No forced overtime
Shifts are divided into teams - this is a pro and a con. If you have a good supervisor, you will have a great time here. If you end up having one of the supervisors I reference below, you may not. I have a good supervisor and my team is ran like a well oiled machine so I find coming to work every day very chill with little stress. Despite the cons, I like working here a lot.
Cons
Poor communication - there is little communication from the higher ups to the techs. Sometimes decisions are made for a shift without consulting said shifts supervisors.
Lack of accountability - some supervisors refuse to coach or have conversations with their techs, some people will sneak off all hours of the day and not work and because leadership is so lenient, it encourages more to do the same.
High-school drama - not every tech is mature and start petty matches with other individuals. This goes for supervisors too.
