The salaries and raises are abysmal Benefits are average at best My two managers who do not work at my site, have NEVER called/emailed me to have a casual “Hi, how are ya, how’s your weekend, do anything exciting ?” conversation. I NEVER hear a word of praise from either of my managers. Oh but let me slip up and I will find myself sitting in front of HR being written up. Womyn have the upper hand and men are expected to be submissive. If you are a guy, do not EVER attempt to stand up for yourself, you will be knocked down real quick, most probably by a womyn Empowering employees is not a known concept at azenta, I feel like a 12 year old. On the rare occasion when we are thanked, it is through a pizza party, SERIOUSLY !?!? Anyone who gives azenta a 4 or 5 star rating works for HR and everyone knows it.
