Pros

It is a job in banking, a good place to start your career but not to work long term.

Cons

The company is stuck in the 1950s with how it is run. They are not open to changes or trying to be competitive with other banks. The monitors provided were from the early 2000s and the internet connection was slow in the office it felt like dial up. Benefits are bad from the 401k to Insurance. They only do 50% match. Leadership was never available in office and always left early.
