Pros

CEO very approachable and works hard to keep everyone aware of company's goals and progress. Most everyone seems to respect eachother and get along. New ideas are encouraged. Recognition and rewards provided for doing a good job. Employees identify customer needs rather than push products to make a quick sale. Many employees with 20+ years at company.

Cons

Company culture and communications are good, but could be better at times. A few employees are not that engaged.
