The company has terrible leadership, there is no insight or vision. They are only concerned about meeting short-sighted financial goals, and no long-term goal is in sight. They are a lot of M&A's and there is still a lot inequity between the groups, and there has not been enough time to assimilate one acquisition before they move on to the next. There are some inequity issues that management has to take care of between employees being merged into groups, but they are slow to address.

Lack of communication from managemet gives the employees an overall feel that they never know what is going on. It is very hard to plan for time off and spending time with family due to extremely short notice travel.
