Pros
The benefits package was a very generous one including health, vision and dental at a fairly low price. The ability to transfer if you met the qualifications was always there.
Cons
The pay for a Forklift operator was below the average for that job description. The management would largely not take input from employees below them. There was also a very large sense of the salary payed office employees being a on a different level than the hourly production employees. The scheduled breaks were very short;being two ten minute breaks and a half-hour lunch for a 10 hour day.
