      Good work schedule 9/80 means every other Friday off

      Cons

      Old outdated technology, no career growth. Only a small percentage of the Software developers try to push ahead and work hard, the majority are really there coasting until retirement.

      None . . .it used to be a good place to work when it started up.

      Cons

      Top management is out of touch with the teams. It's all about cost reduction. No regard for the employees. Very, very dictitorial managment. Extremely high turnover. Nothing good to say about top management that leads Shared Services.
