Pros

I really can't think of anything, There are quite a few paid holidays, but that is bank wide.

Cons

They micro-manage you to death! You drown in reports and logs and paperwork. If you like working 6 days a week, not having any sort of a 'set' schedule, or not even being able to eat meals on any sort of schedule, being shoved around from branch to branch because somebody has decided that your branch is 'overstaffed' yet most of the time you are working with just 2 tellers when there used to be 3 or 4 on duty, (especially on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, the most busy times!) having everything you do take twice as long as it should because the computer systems are so cumbersome and anything BUT user friendly, and having CYA logs, and checklists, and reports and documenting everything you do and AOOs scrutinizing everything you do, then this is the place for you! If you enjoy being over-stressed, overworked, underpaid, and never appreciated, you will love this job.

Pros

Set schedule, health care benefits, meeting and interacting with the clients from all walks of life. Having every holiday off. Good sales strategy.

Cons

Low pay, discrimination towards men. It's ok for women to call off sick, but men are held at a higher standard. AOO'S show favoritism at times. No breaks, limited staffing at EVERY branch.
