Pros

Benefits and Pay are good.

Cons

Pay not equal to position (tellers and BB's make very similar pay with a huge difference in responsibility and job functions) and training is highly inadequate for handling customer money. We run short staffed and every banker is working teller line every other day-while still trying to maintain our sales quotas.

Pros

good benefits and competitive pay.

Cons

Cultural and relationship dynamics reflect subliminal racial discrimination displayed in team interactions, inclusiveness and group belongingness. Employee expectations are not honestly communicated during interview process--such as overtime work and other circumstantial work-load. Complaints are not handled confidentially and can threaten job security.
