      Pros

      Flexibility, PTO, regular hours and optional overtime. Ability to cross train with a wide range of technology.

      Cons

      Disconnect between different offices. A few bad apples that bring down the overall company atmosphere.

      Thank you for your review. We have added parental leave and have seen more flexibility and increase in PTO usage as intended which is so important. Yes by having more focus on CliftonStrengths we do see individual strengths being more of a focus. We are having more training and events at different locations to encourage connection and bridge some of those gaps between offices. Thank you for your feedback.

      Pros

      BHC has a fantastic culture. I love that they have culture groups (diversity equity & inclusion, environmental, health/ well being etc) everyone can join. Upper management is very involved, not your typical corner office tyrant. They care about employees' families and work life balance (remote work is an option for many positions). They really seem to care about their employees well being and future while keeping the business growing and successful. And there is room for growth in any position-they even have leadership & training programs.

      Cons

      The only downfall is the pay is not as high as other engineering companies, but I think the culture and work life balance is worth it. I would rather love my job and be happy than hate my job an make a little more money.
