      Pros

      Good people that work here, I've improved on some of my abilities since starting here.

      Cons

      Pay can be lackluster plus people that aren't in the inner circle can be left out. Diversity needs some serious work as well.

      We are proud of the benefits we offer including 401k on the first day, medical, dental, vision and life insurance within 30 days of hire and at least 3 weeks of PTO per year. We currently have a few remote workers, but none by this title and none in Tennessee. We appreciate the review, but I think this is for the wrong company.

      The work atmosphere is really fun to work at and the employees here are a great family.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lull at work where you find yourself doing trainings or asking for more work.

Please consider joining one of culture groups or a professional organization (fees paid by BHC.) Annual summer raises are given out along with biannual market analysis to ensure we are inline to be paying higher than 50-75% of our industry peers. Thank you for your review.
