      Pros

      The salary is good and the cafeteria food is decent.

      Cons

      They can't find any oil! Management is terrible and they don't listen to their employees.

      Pros

      Great benefits, work/life balance, and compensation. Beautiful new office building. New gym that’s very clean and free for employees. Wonderful people.

      Cons

      Management decisions are questionable. Morale isn’t great due ton shale sale. They don’t treat employees equally/fairly, so if you’re not a “golden child”, it’s hard to move up or get the opportunity/compensation you deserve.
