Generally a good employer, but the job environment is changing

Pros

Good product and good support staff. Benefits are average to above average in general although matching is not as good as some companies.

Cons

Lack of advancement opportunity (some management positions appear to have been distributed because there was no one else in that area to promote). Upper management does not seem to always understand what everyone actually does.

Pay seems fair for work load

Cons

Too many directors, your culture/support depends entirely on your direct manager, no central company culture or morality. No direction or vision for the future. The technology is stuck in 2010 (or older) with sense of urgency or passion for modernizing.
