Pros

benefits and perks are good like - health insurance, bonuses, holiday gifts, company events. Nice colleagues and atmosphere with other workers, Collaboration. Respectful and ethical working environment.

Cons

Long and stressful hours. Long lasting projects, which change quite a lot. Not a good balance between work and life balance anymore. Salaries are quite low, no salary raises unless you are at the top 5%. A lot of support and maintenance work. Management does not always think of the good of the employees. Constant organizational changes. Award and recognition system is somewhat random and disappointing, Employee evaluations is strict and somewhat arbitrary No system for mangement evaluation.

1. Location 2. Free fruits, popcorn and soda

1. Limited professional development for those not in the sales org. 2. Employees staying late to look good even when not necessary.

Very Bad Manager,too much politics-career oriented peoples don't join

Pros

Good pay-so if you want, you can't get new job in market once you you join BMC because of heavy package good food available at canteen Good facilities good organization but too much politics

Cons

Work from home facility is available, but depend upon manager MOOD-don't believe They dont trust employees, Inexperienced HR's and Procurement team is very rude and behaves like roadside beggars(Not at all ethics) too much politics-supporting community guys No clarity, when communication with Team members No healthy environment-manager wants you to work 24*7 Do not have any values for employees Very least training is provided and immediately assigns to project There is no career opportunities don't believe whatever manager commit in the interview, please check reality through your friends. Do not ever think to go for this organization
