I have been e.ployed with BSI for several years and I love it. The company offers competitive wages, excellent benefits, generous paid time off and an opportunity to advance. The management team is goes above and beyond to mentor anyone with a drive to learn and excel. The environment is fast paced and challenging, you are always engaged and never bored. I love my job!

Can be a little stressful.

Very few pro's at this company

Cons

Training was terrible, systems redundant and aged. Management created multiple loopholes to unfairly cause deep pay reductions and created animosity among employees thru wage favoritism.

Pros

Most employees are friendly and great to work with. Atmosphere is casual. The work itself is interesting. There are many capable and caring managers.

Cons

Pay is well below market and company is understaffed. As a result employees are expected to pick up the slack. Other employees will not work outside their job description which makes coordination difficult. Executive management is too busy to provide consistent and coherent guidance and feedback. It appears that much is done by the seat of their pants. More reactive than proactive. Little job training.
