Amazing Team and Incredible Manager in the Foreclosure/Bankruptcy Dept

Pros

I had the pleasure of working under a great manager and an amazing team during my time at BSI. The foreclosure/bankruptcy manager provided a work environment that stimulated ingenuity, innovation, and most importantly happiness. Our manager allowed each individual to flourish in their strengths through praise and promotions and work on their individual weaknesses through constructive criticism. He consistently checked in with each team member and had a true open door policy. I loved the team building exercises and company outings. He also was very accommodating to a work life balance by allowing us to have telecommute days. The team was very tight knit and we all supported each other like family.

Cons

Consistently had to meet very tight deadlines that were often unrealistic. There wasn't much room for salary growth.

I enjoy working for BSI Financial - Bethesda, they are flexible and understanding. It has been a pleasure working with my team and for my bosses. Paul Johannsson is our Senior Manager of FCL, BK and Complex Division, he is open with us, always tells it like it is and is our biggest supporter! I think our management is wonderful all the way up the chain.

Cons

Occasionally it can be frustrating trying to find out from who or what dept. to contact to find out certain pieces of the puzzle and because they promote from within, job titles change frequently.
