Pros

Management is unprofessional. Clicks are part of the normal to be allowed in (ethnicity plays a roll). Team/personnel works off commission, which creates hostile and toxic work environment. Disrespectful emails are Part of the normal as co-worker jump/pound one another for commission.

Cons

Policy and procedures are not followed. Not in the business of saving homes, instead flipping them for personal commission and profit for investor. Management is a joke. Managers are not people person and full of drama. That do nothing, but make up their own schedule and procedures. They blame their team for shortcomings as leaders. Everyone has their own agenda not working as a whole. Everyone in the office is related to somebody. fraternizing allowed and not frowned upon. They hire and keep non professional personnel for the cost of pennies.
