      Pros

      Medium size company where you are not just a number. Work side by side with your teammates in sales and operations Portfolios loans - work leads from existing customers who already know and trust the company Your opinion matters and is heard to help make changes Everyone is approachable and willing to help jump in when needed

      Cons

      we use several different systems and not all of them communicate with one another so there is some redundancy entering information in several places. IT is working to improve this but for now it can take some extra time

      Thanks for your feedback. We're glad you appreciate events we host for our employees to collaborate and have fun. We try to ensure we keep employees informed through variety of communication platforms - our internal signage, teams channels, manager meetings as well as monthly employee check ins and our global all hands calls. We continue to assess our benefits to ensure they're cost and market competitive as well as survey our employees on priorities so we can maximize our spend. Thanks again.
