You're right, oftentimes new hire classes are small; we'd like to group new hires so we have larger classes but sometimes business needs dictate otherwise. Good advice on starting our spending more time in the office...definitely helps speed up onboarding and learning the lay of the land! We continuously evaluate our benefits; our goal is always to provide market competitive offering. As you may know, we recently conducted a benefit survey with our employees as we prepare for 2025 benefit period.
