2yThank you for providing feedback. We're glad you've enjoyed our new corporate HQ office, but we're sorry your experience regarding communication and training has been negative. We recently deployed a signage solution we will use for internal communications (screens in our lobby, breakroom, etc.). We have a standard new hire orientation and training curriculums for many of our core servicing departments, and we're currently working with several other functions to flush out similar curriculums.
