Since we've committed to posting all openings internally we have seen an increase in internal mobility, and we're working on several initiatives this year around career growth and development. Not sure if you've discussed your incentive concerns with your Manager and/or HR; if not would welcome the chance to understand this further. Thank you for providing feedback. We're sorry to hear of your experience. We have made several enhancements to our training programs and continue to work on new offerings for our employees. Further, turnover has trended down over the last year. We regularly encourage employees to raise concerns about their role and work environment to their Manager and/or Human Resources team.
