Pros

Great colleagues until they all started leaving and share save in the last few years.

Cons

Senior managers lost plot in terms of products, services and people management to name a few things. Recruited/promoted lots of clueless bullies to turn what was a great company going in the right direction into a terrible place to work going who knows where.

Pros

Good management system, great benefits, homework

Cons

When they do not need you anymore, their only proposal is a common deal to find another job somewhere else.

Pros

Some good people, they get better the further you are from London and Ipswich. Some very experienced and 'can do people' if you look hard enough.

Cons

Bureacratic, nepotistic, process driven and not customer focussed. Very high average age so very old fashioned. Civil service mentality work effort required, results not.
