Pros

Work from home & colleagues

Cons

Headcuts on the sly, people just disappear. Everyone watching their back and wondering who's next. Culture of backstabbing & politics. Lack of focus on customer, internal issues are to the fore. Lack of systems & processes. Excel used as a stopgap. Lip service paid to work life balance, in reality you're worked to the bone. Tight central control from UK - minimal autonomy in local country. Highly burocratic and challenging to get anything done. Avoid like the plague - BT treats its employees terribly.

This company is set to grow fast and is very focused on client needs.

Cons

Local term contracts can deliver hardships to expat workers. Make sure you get your terms and conditions arranged before signing any employment contracts.
