The vast majority of people that work at the company are hardworking and decent.

Cons

This company doesn't value their employees at all. They expect their employees to go above and beyond-but employees can't expect to get compensated for working overtime or taking on more and more responsibilities. Leadership of some managers leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, not a great environment and has really taken a toll on my mental health.

The pay was average, but the team culture made it feel worthwhile

Cons

BTS had a way of twisting your empathy into a pretzel. They'd dangle promises of groundbreaking cures while downplaying the suffering involved. It was like a never-ending ethical tightrope walk, and I was perpetually teetering between my love for animals and the pressure to toe the company line.
