Futile endeavor. Countless number of excellent workers have come and gone, and one factor remains- the CEO. Nice man but single-handedly running his business into the ground. Micromanaging and cutting corners, he would rather pay to scrub bad reviews from the internet than take care of and trust his employees to make meaningful changes in the business. No 401k, failing air handlers/HVAC, hoarding to the point of fire hazards, the list goes on and on…Future workers be warned- your health, safety, and earnestness are not appreciated. P.S. Note the frequency and number of reviews this place has…BTS barely staffs 20 people at a time and they seldom stay longer than a couple of months. This whole page is fraudulent.
