Pros

Some really excellent people working there. A few people try their best and go above and beyond and work as a team with others. If you have no experience and can take being treated poorly, you can learn on the job depending on supervisor.

Cons

REALLY POOR salary, hired temp to hire with no benefits for90 days. Well after 90 days never converted to standard with benefits even though my direct supervisor signed off prior to 90 day. Always understaffed and pushes people to work 14 days straight after taking contracts at the last minute. Everything is a crisis and corners are cut over and over. Totally not necessary if upper management talked to people. Ordering was micromanaged and just held for weeks with no communication from CEO

Pros

Wish I could give you a Pro for working here but I can't. It's a paycheck but nothing more, and even that wasn't worth staying for.

Cons

Never in all my career have I ever had the misfortune to work with such callous, lazy and neglectful management. Truly one of the most pathetic working environments I've ever had the displeasure of finding myself in. Any and all interaction was met with conflicting or unclear work direction, dismissive attitudes, def ears, and flat out in your face lies. My supervisor gave me no more than 2hrs of their time for the duration of my employment here and only 1 hr of that was 1:1. Unfortunately management also adds to the problem by ignoring others as well, unchecked and unmanaged employees that are left to generate an atmosphere of inappropriate communication, chaos, disarray, and passive aggressive conduct. Some simply do not have the experience or understanding how to properly perform their job or the tasks given to them, while others are just overworked and massively underpaid for the work criteria they do perform. The work culture here is without a doubt deplorable. I once balked in disbelief when a co-worker relayed to me that a certain member of upper management sat in his office writing falsified good reviews for this company. Now I see first hand why. So much for transparency. Low pay, abuse, and high expectations with absolutely no material to work with and no gratitude. The turnover rate is extremely high. Very few employees have been here over a year aside from upper management and many for no more than 2 to 6 months.

Pros

Great experience is forced upon you! Get to work with a wide variety of animals.

Cons

Poor management, and responsibilities demanded dont come anywhere near the compensation that is given. Poor resources and facilities lead to a dangerous work environment as well.

Outgrowing our "old facility" was a huge center stage problem. The atmosphere of the young talent was strongly driven by positive assurances which in hindsight was slightly set aside due to the move to a new facilities in June/2015. The overwhelming growth has been a joy to embrace and far too fast to assure the uncompromised maintenance of quality and cost. We were very happy to see the job market showing strong demand, not only for the talent we produce, but also that we were getting more contracts. Hence we were able to revisit the compensation ladder for entry level employees and put them on an accelerated pay raise schedule that meets their development goals and paves the way for their future success.
