Pros

Company offers plenty of opportunities to develop, work remote, lots of freedom and autonomy to make a valuable contribution to the company. Co-workers generally are highly knowledgeable, responsible and a pleasure to collaborate with.

Cons

Somewhat chaotic at times, with rapid growth come frequent changes and less framework/structure than in more "established" companies. A pro-active attitude is definitely needed to be successful here, but can come with great rewards.
