Pros

There's hardly and Pros to working here, other than it's a job that pays you bi-weekly

Cons

Temp assignment that doesn't have an end in sight.You work with no sick-time, holiday pay, or accrue any vacation time.They work you like a dog, and expect you to do the impossible, like work two high involving machines at once..Always looking over your shoulder expecting high production, and you make one mistake, they toss you out like trash..

Pros

The business has a solid product and real market potential. Some benefits are competitive, and there is flexibility.

Cons

In my experience, the environment can feel punitive. Feedback is often delivered as criticism, sometimes publicly, and there is a tendency to single people out rather than fix broken processes. Communication is poor, expectations are unclear, and the resulting stress and turnover are treated like normal.
