Pros

Employees are empowered to do their jobs without a lot of bureaucracy and oversight. Leadership trusts you to do your job effectively and welcomes new ideas. It's also a very flat organization, so you have access to leadership pretty easily.

Cons

There are too many initiatives to focus on. Even with adding a number of resources, the company needs to prioritize the work. People feel like they have to work constantly to keep up and are getting burned out.

Pros

Great products and strong commitment from customers. Some opportunity for upward mobility

Cons

New VC owner with little knowledge or interest in the history of the company and in what has made it a great place to have a career. LOTS of senior management have fled.
