Strong growth and good products, but a toxic culture

Pros

The business is genuinely interesting and expanding fast. Pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

The culture is toxic. Siloed teams and poor cross functional collaboration, so projects stall and people blame each other. No psychological safety: people avoid speaking up because it backfires later.

A toxic and stressful environment fueled by senior Leadership

Pros

The only reason this isn't a zero-star review is the incredible people at the local level. My direct team and colleagues are talented, supportive, and created a real sense of camaraderie.

Cons

The positive local experience is completely shattered by the toxic and abusive culture dictated by the senior leadership team. Harassment & Bullying: Dissent or questioning is met with retaliation. I witnessed and experienced targeted campaigns to isolate and push out competent employees who were not "yes-men." Extreme Stress & Burnout: The constant pressure, fear of the next abusive call, and impossible, shifting deadlines create a perpetually high-stress environment. It's not "challenging"; it's psychologically damaging. "Do as I Say, Not as I Do" Leadership: The leadership preaches values like "collective intelligence" and "integrity" but operates with complete impunity. They are disconnected from local market realities, make dictatorial decisions without consultation, and then blame local teams for the resulting failures. No Safe Reporting Channels: HR is not your ally. They are there to protect the company and the senior leaders creating the toxicity. Reporting issues leads nowhere, or worse, makes you a bigger target.
