the place can only be described as slow paced chaos.our management refuses to accept that their poor problem solving tactics are the main reason our performance is so poor.the lower level employees are treated like middle school students who are constantly misbehaving.the atmosphere is increasingly tense.

The facilities are depressing and outdated, management talks down to employees. There is a lack of training and a lot of stress to do things quickly, but quality often suffers because of it.
