Stale old and uninteresting Some people like to rule their little kingdoms and fear change Sales people are arrogant, ungrateful and not that good. They think they are, especially their leader. She is painfully out of touch with industry trends and how easy it is to sell a site called BabyCenter to diaper, stroller makers, and baby food companies.

Executive and Management Team is trying very hard to improve the company image, and is actively engaging in glassdoor rating campaign now There are opportunities if getting transferred to another J&J subsidiary, just not here

Cons

Unfortunately not that much chance here in the near future The mindset of management has not changed that much Glassdoor engagement so far has not translated into real actions
