Business Outlook

Pros

Solid brand, good benefits, decent work/life balance

Cons

Leadership in sales, operations, edit and technology has been there too long and have no innovative or creative ideas. No vision for the future and toxic environment where leadership does not support employee growth. Rather, they take pleasure in being critical and expect perfection. Management enjoys giving all negative feedback and struggles to create a positive, supportive culture

Toxic and dysfunctional environment that is very negative and confrontational. The team lacks innovation or leadership. This business is in decline and this leadership team has no clue how to fix it.
