-Mission driven work that truly helps people -Passionate, smart and friendly team -Little to no "politics" - "open door policy" at all levels and genuine believe that good ideas come from everywhere -Support to carve and shape your own growth path -Business is always changing as user base is consistently cycling through -Excellent work/life balance and respect of employees' time

Cons

-Everyone is busy and focused. If you want growth opportunities and company engagement you really need to pursue it yourself.

Executive and Management Team is trying very hard to improve the company image, and is actively engaging in glassdoor rating campaign now There are opportunities if getting transferred to another J&J subsidiary, just not here

Cons

Unfortunately not that much chance here in the near future The mindset of management has not changed that much Glassdoor engagement so far has not translated into real actions
