Good starting server position

Pros

Training isn't difficult. Money isn't bad if this is your first server job. Sell alcohol and appetizers to make your check hire, and that makes your tip higher.

Cons

But it gets old quickly. Poor guest quality, the food isn't house made like it used to be, and the menu prices aren't as high as I would like.
