Pros

Money was better than other restaurants I'd worked for on average. Uniforms are comfortable

Cons

Clientele is horrible. It would be a daily occurrence to receive $5 on $100, then several 10% tips. With $1,000 in sales, you'd be lucky to walk out with $120. Some nights were $180 but not often. Early in times that keep getting earlier. Management blocks out the schedule making it so you can't request any weekend days off for months. No bussers which was easy to get used too. You are expected to work even harder than you are already working which is hard already.

Pros

Good pay, flexible schedule and very little side-work.

Cons

Seniority means nothing. Very little reason to go above and beyond what is expected of you.
