Pros

8% company match for 403B. However you must stay employed for 5 years to actually receive all this 4.

Cons

Horrible work life balance. Senior leadership are very disconnected from direct care staff. Steve is more interested in meeting his 10 year goal than actually making sure services the services we provide are good. Largest amount of turnover in direct card field I have ever encountered. No paid holidays.

Pros

Clients served. Great health insurance.

Cons

Company has a great idea behind it, but missing the mark in execution. No reprimands for showing up late, you may be relieved from your shift on time or hours later. May or may not be trained on clients before hand. May or may not get med certified, depending on how busy management is they may decide it is not necessary and then you’re unable to give emergency meds or give them when staff doesn’t arrive on time. Insanely short staffed; not all upper management are willing to help cover shifts. Direct managers (directly above care staff) are over worked. Very distinct line between upper management and direct management/associates.
