Some members of the leadership team are excellent to work with but compassion fatigue is noticeable.

Cons

CEO is too far removed and lacks empathy for those who are working directly with members. He would rather grow the company than invest in current staff increasing turnover.

- Very understanding management. They did try there best . -Very nice environment. -Great people that you work with

-The schedule jumped around from night shifts to 16 hours shifts. -It was too much sometimes (may work alone with 4 clients) - Coworkers will show up whenever and may leave whenever.
