Great vision, not so great CEO

Pros

Flexibility, clients, a few senior leaders,

Cons

CEO. CEO does not listen to advice or feedback. A lot of management turnover. CEO believes when management leaves it's only because of their direct supervisor - CEO is firm believer in "people leave supervisors not jobs" and that is not the case for the majority of management who have left. CEO cares more about maintaining a good image and company of growth than quality of services. Referred to DSPs once as "peons".

Pros

I had lots of great conversations with supervisors and peers that helped me gain a lot of knowledge in applied behavioral analysis and understanding behavior. Running sessions involved a lot of trial and error and was a strong way to learn to improve decision making under pressure. Great opportunity to develop skills in teamwork and leadership.

Cons

Management was understaffed which affected support of behavior technicians who worked directly with clients.
