Pros

The team that I worked with was phenomenal. Another good thing about the company is that they spend a great deal of time and resources making sure their employees are remaining safe.

Cons

Culture is the biggest issue for this company. Extremely bureaucratic compared to other companies in this industry. Still has a micromanagement mindset.

The insurance is decent. The company puts a lot of focus into safety.

Cons

Pay not reflective of local cost of living. On call every other week, is a bit much. HR is a joke and won't do anything to discipline co-workers for harrassment.
