Pros

Decent managers, exciting projects, company’s been around for a long time so there’s job security there. Generally speaking coworkers are easy and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Unclear and inconsistent promotion practices. Men seem to get promoted at a faster rate than women across the board. Although there are strong managers, there are several weak ineffective ones.

Pros

Fun place to work if you're starting your career. They like parties and social gatherings. A very campy environment, guess some people find this a pro. Offices are beautiful.

Cons

Treatment of women was difficult to watch. Not the best pay in Seattle. Perks come with many strings attached. Anyone who isn't participating in social gatherings is ostracized by upper management. The leadership like to say "you will start in a lower position to prove you're worth". Please be smart and have some self worth, industry is currently too hot for anyone to be compromising like that.
