      Great Health insurance and other benefits.

      Cons

      Work life balance is only for those working in the main office. The culture taught by corporate is not passed down to the feet on the ground. Only 50% of the leadership cares about the employees.

      Pros

      Always offer opportunities - some people dont see them as that an just feel 'more change' - yep, we're in contracting, things change. Allow empowerment and automony Doing a great thing, proud to create and maintain infrastructure, protecting and developing our future - something I happily tell my children we do. They're specialist and proud of it. Strong ethics and integrity.

      Cons

      Lack of investment in technology - over complicated systems. Easy to simplify but need their IT and overall software to catch up!

      Pros

      Meeting the managers and the senior level team is easy hence professional advice are easy to get. All the people including managers are very helpful. Work culture is awesome. Work-Life balance is encouraged by senior most people

      Cons

      IT is a small department and hence few opportunities to grow. Travelling to different country can be a challenge because of project based opportunities.
