Pros

Large corporation provides adequate resources for the job.

Cons

Large corporate management style results in poor decisions, by managers out of touch with operations within their own department. Lack of communication between manager and the entire staff was very disappointing, being in a "senior" estimating position.

Pros

Great with expenses, great and welcoming community. Also feel like you're really involved in the projects and that you're making a difference. Great Starting salary for a grad.

Cons

Mainly office based - would be good to see some of the sights more.

They are a very good company to work for wish i never left but had a chance to do something different

Cons

The only thing is there is a click and if you're not constantly in with the supervisor then you have no over time and the jobs no one else will do
