Pros

There are some exciting projects at Balfour Beatty which would look good on anybody's CV. There are some very experienced employees who can really teach you some fantastic skills. The company look after you well.

Cons

The company has been constantly changing over the past few years and its hard to settle in a business that is constantly changing. Senior Management constantly changed and there was a lack of clear leadership. At times it feels like you are very isolated on your particular project.

Always offer opportunities - some people dont see them as that an just feel 'more change' - yep, we're in contracting, things change. Allow empowerment and automony Doing a great thing, proud to create and maintain infrastructure, protecting and developing our future - something I happily tell my children we do. They're specialist and proud of it. Strong ethics and integrity.

Cons

Lack of investment in technology - over complicated systems. Easy to simplify but need their IT and overall software to catch up!
