Leadership is great, PTO not so much

Pros

The people are nice, and leadership is great, plus it’s WFH.

Cons

The external sites always have something that isn’t working correctly, which creates more calls from the users. PTO is not front loaded every January, you have to earn it as you go, and you have to use PTO if your sick while also getting an occurrence for that day.

While our salaried employees are offered ROWE (uncapped PTO), we understand there is room to offer more for our hourly employees. We will review our PTO policy for hourly employees to ensure we're competitive and can offer work/life balance.

Challenging work, supportive leadership, ROWE (results only work environment), flexible work schedule, remote work, company growth mindset, incredibly friendly work environment, great work/life balance, little to no work politics, opportunities to learn, company funded certifications, annual bonuses, merit increases, open communication from executive leadership, opportunities to move roles within company

Cons

Can get stressful at times with workload, most engineering teams have on-call rotations, typical growing pains with PatientPing acquisition but not overbearing
